Program. Avidity Capital Inc. (“Avidity,” “we”) operates the Avidity Journey text-message program to send service and account notifications to clients, including appointment and financial-review reminders, requests to complete or upload planning documents, annual-review reminders, and account/service updates.
Opting in. You opt in by checking the text-message consent box inside your Avidity Journey account. Consent is not a condition of any product or service, and you may work with an adviser without it.
Message frequency & cost. Message frequency varies (approximately 1–4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at support@avidityjourney.com [confirm support contact]. You may opt back in by replying START.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy, and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
